Jeri wins a couple of awards

Wow, I'm so excited. I just won two first place awards in the February 2009 monthly clip contest for the Indiana News Photographers Association. It was for a little package I did on a couple of kindergardeners getting to be king and queen for the day. My day job is such a blessing! I get to meet really cool people, experience really neat things and sometimes I win a prize.

This is a straight journalism contest, what you see is what you get. We don't do any PhotoShopping to the images except for cropping and basic toning. You can make them B&W if you want to, which I did.
